Kualifikasi:

Maximum age of 26 years old.
Minimum education: Associate's Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Public Health.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in HSE/K3 is preferred.
Responsible, proactive, and disciplined.
Must be willing to work on weekends/ holidays if needed and possible to under working time limit deadline.
Able to join immediately.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Assist in maintaining HSE administrative records and documentation.
Support the team in inventory checks and stock taking of HSE equipment and supplies.
Enter and update data using Microsoft Excel and other related tools.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing safety related reports and documents.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the HSE team.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Knowledge and understanding of basic HSE/K3 principles in the workplace is an advantage.
Able to work effectively in a team.
Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English both Written and Oral.
