Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Must be experienced in the property management field for high-rise buildings (commercial office towers or luxury residential apartments) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience.
- Proven track record of ensuring 100% compliance across commercial properties by auditing, testing, and maintaining critical building safety equipment and life safety systems.
- Willing to be stationed at the PIK 2 project site.
- Must have professional certification of Fire Safety Manager (FSM) issued by BNSP and General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) issued by Kemnaker RI.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Leads, directs, and governs the comprehensive HSE management strategy and fire safety protocols across high-rise commercial office towers and luxury apartments in PIK 2.
- Audits, tests, and maintains critical building safety equipment and life safety systems to maintain a proven record of ensuring 100% regulatory and corporate safety compliance.
- Enforces local safety laws (UU No. 1/1970, Permen PUPR No. 26/2008, Kepmenaker No. 186/1999), NFPA standards, and international corporate HSE frameworks across the property portfolio.
- Formulates, approves, and exercises the property Emergency Response Plan (ERP), leads the building Fire Brigade, and organizes annual full-scale building fire drills and evacuation simulations.
- Oversees the performance, safety compliance, and contractual obligations of property maintenance vendors, mechanical/electrical contractors, and facility management teams.
- Leads technical investigations into building incidents, fires, near-misses, or structural anomalies using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implementing robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Manages official certifications, building safety permits, Sertifikat Laik Fungsi (SLF) compliance, and direct communications with local Fire Departments (Dinas Damkar) and government agencies.
- Prepares, reviews, and presents monthly executive HSE performance reports, risk analysis dashboards, and annual safety operating budgets to the Regional Property Director and Asset Owners.
