Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or other related majors.
At least 3 years of oilfield experience in safety department, understanding of safety standard for drilling offshore.
Honest and reliable with a sense of responsibility.
Willing to work in Balikpapan office, prefer someone who stayed in near area.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the company's HSE management system, HSE plan.
Prepare HSE reports and analyze HSE statistical data.
Ensure hazard identification, risk assessment and HSE programs can be properly implemented.
Carry out regular training to increase employee awareness of K3.
Conducting regular HSE audits and reporting its findings to management.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good knowledge of client's safety standard, make a good relationship, coordinate with related stakeholders to ensure the follow up actions needed.
Excellent in administrative task, and good to compile HSE data and document control.
Good problem solving, communication skills, and work attitude.
Proficient in English communication.
