Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction projects, preferably in large-scale property development, high-rise building construction projects, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or other complex construction projects.
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing HSE functions across multiple contractors, subcontractors, and construction management teams.
- Exercise Stop Work Authority to immediately suspend any activity that presents an imminent or unacceptable risk to personnel, property, or the environment, ensuring work resumes only after appropriate corrective actions have been. implemented.
- Lead incident and accident investigations, determine root causes, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and monitored to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report HSE performance, compliance status, incident reports, and key safety indicators to the Project Director on a regular basis, providing recommendations for continuous improvement in project safety performance.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-risk construction activities, particularly work at height, façade installation, lifting operations, and electrical energization.
- Experience in developing HSE performance reports, monitoring safety KPIs, and presenting HSE performance and improvement plans to senior project management.
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: Certified Construction Occupational Safety and Health Expert (Ahli K3 Konstruksi) from an authorized certification or government-recognized institution. Valid occupational safety and health competency certification in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems across all project stakeholders, maintaining effective control of workplace hazards and accident risks, particularly for high-rise activities involving work at height, facade installation, and electrical energization.
- Conduct HSE audits and compliance assessments of main contractors, subcontractors, and construction management (CM) teams to ensure adherence to applicable construction safety management requirements (SMKK), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SMKS), and relevant statutory regulations.
- Review and approve HSE plans, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), risk assessments, and work permits for high-risk activities to ensure adequate hazard identification, risk mitigation, and implementation of appropriate safety controls.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian occupational safety regulations and construction safety management requirements.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, risk management practices, and HSE management systems applicable to high-rise construction projects.
- Proven ability to conduct HSE audits, lead incident investigations, and ensure the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
