Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in occupational health, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Engineering or a related field.
Has at least 15 years of experience in oil and gas industries and at least 5 years in leading an HSES team in construction/ midstream.
Possess the certification of NEBOSH or Certified Safety Professional, or AK3Migas Supervisor Level or above.
Proven experience in training personnel through courses, workshops, job safety analysis, HAZOP, HIRA and other related HSE assessments.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure Compliance - Manage and implement HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across site operations.
Performance Monitoring - Track, evaluate, and improve overall HSE performance, including incident trends and corrective actions.
Regulation & Standards - Stay updated with HSE laws, standards, and ensure workplace conditions meet requirements.
Training & Certification - Plan, coordinate, and deliver safety training, certifications, and awareness programs.
Risk & Safety Management - Lead risk assessments, support safety planning, and oversee incident prevention initiatives.
Audits & Inspections - Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and evaluate contractors' HSE compliance.
Incident Investigation - Manage reporting, investigation, and follow-up of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Reporting & Documentation - Prepare, maintain, and submit HSE reports, statistics, and documentation to management and clients.
Emergency Preparedness - Maintain and execute emergency response plans, including drills with internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with project teams, management, clients, and third parties to ensure effective HSE implementation.
