Kualifikasi:
  • Placement : Site Project.
  • Note : Candidates must be willing to be placed at any of our project sites across various locations.
  • Minimum education of S1 Environmental Engineering, K3, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in HSE, with a minimum of 5 years as HSE manager in the mining sector and experience managing more than one entity/project.
  • Have a General K3 Expert certificate - Ministry of Manpower (mandatory); ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor; Minerba SMKP Training; Emergency Management, Risk Assessment, Behavior-Based Safety.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Design and establish Strategic HSE Framework for all business units (mining, logistics, services).
  • Prepare Corporate HSE Policy, HSE system manual, and HSE integration with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) governance.
  • Align HSE management systems in subsidiaries to meet standards (SMKP Minerba, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Form and lead the parent company's HSSE committee representing all business lines.
  • Conduct regular visits to mining sites, logistics warehouses, and other subsidiary locations to evaluate HSE implementation.
  • Prepare and lead internal audits and preparation for external audits from regulators and clients.
  • Build HSE organizational structures in each subsidiary (HSE Officer/Supervisor to regional coordinator).
  • Prepare HSE training programs, including emergency response simulations, safety leadership training, and BBS programs.
  • Prepare corporate-wide risk registers for HSE aspects.
  • Ensure all work incidents are followed up with thorough investigations and corrective actions, and evaluated strategically.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for directors, investors, and regulators.
  • Establish communication with ESDM, DLH, Manpower Office, and other external stakeholders.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand the regulations of Law No. 4 of 2009 (Mineral and Coal Mining); ESDM Regulation No. 26/2018 (SMKP Minerba); Law No. 1/1970, PP 50/2012, and KLHK environmental standards.
  • Able to formulate HSE policies, evaluate KPIs, conduct internal audits, and lead cross-location teams.
  • Accustomed to communicating with directors, regulators (ESDM, DLH), and external partners.
