Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecommunications field.
  • Domicile in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Willing to Work From Office.
  • Preferably holds active certifications from government or official institutions related to the job field.
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, K3 Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Have a General K3 Expert Certificate (Ministry of Manpower).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct audits on the quality of fieldwork activities (assembly, installation, dismantling) performed by the team-either onsite (directly at the location) or offsite (via photo/video documentation from office or home base).
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, internal/external management, and both field and back-office teams.
  • Provide training, induction, guidance, reminders, and knowledge-sharing sessions regarding SOPs, Implementation Quality, and Basic Safety (HSE) to project teams.
  • Monitor team activities daily from a quality and safety perspective. especially in Implementation Techniques, Telco CME, and Basic HSE practices.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to handle and resolve problems independently and efficiently.
  • Capable of working under pressure with tight schedules.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • English is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Familiar with reporting systems and tracker documentation.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding about BTS Equipment, Installation Techniques, Quality Implementation with various device types and brands, following standard procedures.
  • Understand HSE principles, the functions, benefits, and proper use of various PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Understand and apply basic safety (HSE) principles during both on-site implementation and back-office activities.
