Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an HSE role.
Valid AK3 Umum certification.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Conduct site walkdowns and routine inspections to identify and correct unsafe conditions or practices.
Assist with issuing, monitoring, and closing out daily permits for hazardous work.
Conduct toolbox briefings and safety induction.
Record and escalate incidents, unsafe acts, and near-miss events to the HSE Coordinator or Supervisor.
Maintain daily HSE reports, inspection forms, checklists, attendance logs, and training records.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
