Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HSE role.
  • Valid AK3 Umum certification.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct site walkdowns and routine inspections to identify and correct unsafe conditions or practices.
  • Assist with issuing, monitoring, and closing out daily permits for hazardous work.
  • Conduct toolbox briefings and safety induction.
  • Record and escalate incidents, unsafe acts, and near-miss events to the HSE Coordinator or Supervisor.
  • Maintain daily HSE reports, inspection forms, checklists, attendance logs, and training records.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
