Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in the relevant position.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site or project-based locations.
  • Mandatory Certifications • Lifting & Rigging Supervisor Certification (recognized by national/international body). • Basic Rigging & Signalman Training. • AK3 Certification (Occupational Safety – if applicable).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Directly supervise all lifting operations in fabrication yards, installation sites, and construction areas.
  • Ensure all lifts are executed as per the approved lifting plan, method statement, and rigging study.
  • Conduct pre-lift meetings, inspect rigging gear, and verify equipment readiness before execution.
  • Identify and mitigate lifting-related hazards; enforce compliance with HSE regulations and client standards.
  • Ensure all lifting works are authorized through PTW and risk assessments are completed and filed.
  • Supervise and guide riggers, signalmen, crane operators, and lifting crew to follow safe procedures.
  • Monitor inventory, inspection schedules, and certification validity of lifting tools and equipment.
  • Respond to lifting-related incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams to align lifting activities with project schedules and safety goals.
  • Prepare daily reports, incident logs, and documentation related to lifting operations for internal and client submission.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Skills (Hard Skills): In-depth understanding of lifting operations, load charts, center of gravity (COG), lifting plans, and critical lift procedures. Familiarity with various lifting equipment: mobile cranes, tower cranes, gantry cranes, forklifts, slings, shackles, spreader beams, chain blocks. Proficiency in lifting planning, load calculations, rigging selection, and safe setup of lifting gear. Ability to read and interpret lifting drawings, method statements, rigging studies, and engineering specifications. Competence in managing Permit to Work (PTW) systems for lifting, especially in high-risk zones. Experience conducting Toolbox Talks, pre-lift briefings, and safety checks before lifting execution.
  • Soft Skills (Behavioral): Strong leadership on site – able to manage riggers, operators, banksmen, and coordinate with civil/mechanical supervisors. Safety-first mindset, assertive when stopping unsafe acts. Clear communication, both verbal and written, to manage multi-lingual or cross-functional teams. Decision-making under pressure, especially during critical or delayed lifts. Good documentation skills: lifting checklists, pre-lift reports, incident records.
