Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Certification: General AK3 (Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia) – mandatory. Supporting certifications for SMKP Minerba (ESDM Regulation No. 26/2018), ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, Fire Safety, First Aid, Emergency Response, Defensive Driving, Confined Space, Working at Height.
Experience Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE mineral/metal mining, especially nickel laterite open-pit mining.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervision of K3L Implementation: Ensure that SOP and K3L standards are implemented in all mining activities (drilling, blasting, digging, hauling, loading to barge). Prepare inspection plans and conduct daily/weekly/monthly field audits.
Investigation & Reporting: Lead investigations of work and environmental accidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and prepare corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Make routine reports to management and government agencies (ESDM, DLH).
HSE Team Management: Guide and supervise Safety Officers/Safety Men in all mining zones. Prepare annual HSE work plans (RKL, RPL, KPI), and evaluate team performance.
Guidance and Training: Organize training programs and emergency simulations such as landslide evacuation, fire in the workshop, fuel spills, first aid, use of APAR. Provide safety induction to new workers and contractors.
Environmental Monitoring: Supervise the management of B3/non-B3 waste, land sedimentation, water & air pollution. Support the implementation of UKL-UPL or AMDAL documents and regular environmental reporting.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Competence: Understand national regulations such as Law No. 1/1970 (Occupational Safety), Law No. 32/2009 (Environment), PP 50/2012, ESDM Regulation 26/2018 (SMKP Minerba). Proficient in compiling and managing such as HIRADC, JSA, SOP K3, Permit to Work (PTW) system, LOTO, and Routine Inspection. Able to conduct Incident Investigation (RCA), safety training, HSE internal audit, and reporting to ESDM & DLH. Understand the characteristics of nickel mines such as extreme terrain conditions, landslides, hauling risk, heavy equipment (DT, EXC, Grader), environmental impacts (sedimentation, dust, emissions, run-off).
Leadership Competence: Firm and systematic in controlling K3L compliance in the work area. Able to lead and develop a Safety Officer team in the field. Communicative and able to bridge communication between operations, technical, management, and agencies.
