Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Must hold AK3 Umum or Basic K3 certification (mandatory).
- Willing to work on-site/shift-based and available for placement in Medan.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in construction or industrial projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement HSE policies, procedures, and site safety rules.
- Conduct daily HSE inspections and monitor high-risk activities.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work practices.
- Lead safety inductions and toolbox meetings for workers and contractors.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in incident investigations and preparation of HSE reports.
- Support emergency response preparedness and drills at project sites.
- Promote safety awareness and safe behavior on site.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding and implementation of Safety induction and safety briefing, Toolbox meetings, JSA and HIRADC, Permit to Work system.
- Able to perform Daily HSE inspections, Monitoring of PPE usage and work equipment, On-site safety supervision.
- Capable of preparing daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and maintaining proper documentation.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian HSE and environmental regulations.
- Good communication skills, disciplined, assertive, and safety-oriented.
