Kualifikasi:

Min. Bachelor Degree.
For HSE officer Experience min. 3 years with same position & have K3 certification.
Willing be placement Tanjung Sauh - Batam Project.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and regulations across marine project sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for both onshore and offshore operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international safety standards in marine construction and consultancy activities.
Monitor and control the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety protocols.
Prepare, update, and maintain HSE documentation including reports, incident logs, training records, and permits.
Support incident investigation processes, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA).

Harus punya keterampilan:

In-depth knowledge of marine construction safety, diving safety, lifting operations, confined space entry, and hot work.
Proficient in preparing and implementing HSE plans, method statements, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and HIRADC.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined in enforcing safety regulations.
