Kualifikasi:
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI); candidates domiciled in Tarakan are preferred.
- Minimum education of D3/S1 Department of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related majors.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, or related industries.
- Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or K3 Migas certification issued by BNSP / Ministry of ESDM is mandatory.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare HSE Plans based on project needs and client requirements.
- Compile and complete Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) documents for prequalification and tender processes.
- Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Determining Control (HIRADC/JSA) and risk control.
- Prepare and implement work procedures, SOPS, and Work Instructions.
- Develop and implement the K3 Management System (SMK3/HSEMS).
- Conduct K3 training and safety awareness programs for employees.
- Perform HSE inspections, audits, and compliance evaluations against applicable K3 regulations.
- Investigate work accidents, incidents, and near misses and establish preventive actions.
- Implement contractor safety management through CSMS.
- Manage environmental aspects, including B3 waste, emissions, and environmental compliance. Manage occupational health programs and prevention of occupational diseases.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Offshore oil & gas safety supervision, rotating equipment maintenance safety, LOTO enforcement, technical HIRADC & JSA preparation, CSMS contractor governance, high-risk Permit to Work auditing, incident investigation (RCA), ISO 45001/14001 compliance, and technical HSE reporting.
- Soft Skills: Assertive field leadership, high observational accuracy, crisis response command, proactive risk prevention, clear safety communication, cross-functional engineering collaboration, and uncompromising site safety integrity.
