Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of practical field experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Inspector, or Field Safety Engineer in construction services, heavy equipment rental operations, mining infrastructure, or heavy logistics.
- High observational precision, assertive field presence, physical stamina for daily outdoor inspections, clear technical communication, and willingness to be based at construction project sites and equipment yards.
- Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI is mandatory and must be currently active. Ahli K3 Konstruksi (Muda) or Certified Rigging & Lifting Inspector training is highly desirable. First Aid (P3K) or Fire Fighting (K3 Kebakaran) certification is a strong plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce, monitor, and inspect daily field health, safety, and environmental practices across active construction zones, heavy machinery repair workshops, and equipment storage yards.
- Inspect and verify pre-operational checklists for heavy machinery (mobile cranes, excavators, forklifts, dump trucks), checking valid Surat Ijin Laik Operasi (SILO) equipment permits and operator Surat Ijin Operator (SIO) licenses prior to field work.
- Review, issue, and supervise high-risk Work Permits (PTW), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) specifically for heavy lifting, tandem rigging, trench excavation, and elevated maintenance.
- Conduct mandatory daily Tool-Box Talks, pre-shift safety briefings, site safety inductions for equipment operators, mechanics, and sub-contractors, and document training attendance.
- Inspect mechanical rigging hardware, wire ropes, shackles, spreader beams, slings, and safety harnesses, immediately tagging out damaged or non-compliant lifting gear.
- Monitor workshop hazardous material (B3) handling, oil/solvent spill containment, waste management protocols, fire protection equipment (APAR), and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Lead initial workplace incident, machinery damage, near-miss, and transport safety investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques, logging corrective action plans (CAPA) with site managers.
- Compile, record, and submit daily and weekly field safety reports, inspection logs, hazard observation records, and statistical data to the HSE Coordinator and Project Manager.

- Hard Skills: Heavy equipment & workshop safety inspection, SIO & SILO verification, rigging & heavy lifting supervision, technical JSA & Permit to Work issuance, hazard observation tagging, incident investigation (RCA), and daily safety reporting.
- Soft Skills: Assertive field safety leadership, clear communication, high observational accuracy, proactive hazard detection, crisis response agility, teamwork, and uncompromising safety discipline.
