📌 Important Notes:

Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering (Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE or K3, preferably in construction, shipping, or service operations.
Certified as General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) from the Ministry of Manpower (required). Additional certificates such as Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, or ISO 45001 are an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement and monitor HSE programs within marina operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE and environmental regulations.
Conduct routine HSE inspections and safety briefings.
Investigate incidents and follow up corrective actions.
Coordinate with operations, contractors, and management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Familiar with Indonesian labor safety laws (UU No. 1/1970), SMK3, hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRADC), and emergency response procedures.
Good communication, inspection, and accident investigation skills; able to conduct K3 training; proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
Detail-oriented, firm, communicative, high integrity, and safety-oriented.
