Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in field HSE operations.
- Relevant educational background and experience according to the position, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience in mining, construction, EPC, or related heavy industries is preferred.
- Willing to work on site/project locations in Kalimantan or Sulawesi under a site/roster arrangement.
- Certifications: Valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI. Certifications in Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) for mining operations or Ahli K3 Konstruksi are highly preferred. Additional certifications in First Aid (P3K), Fire Fighting, Incident Investigation, or ISO 45001 / SMK3 auditing are advantageous.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute daily site-level HSE operations, ensure strict adherence to Indonesian safety regulations, and enforce client-specific safety standards.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk field operations, construction tasks, and mining processes.
- Lead workplace incident and near-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and track the execution of corrective and preventive actions.
- Execute routine HSE site audits, equipment checks, and safety inspections across project sites, reporting findings directly to project management and clients.
- Organize and deliver safety inductions, toolbox meetings, safety talks, and emergency response drills for site personnel and subcontractors.
- Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, compile monthly safety performance indicators, and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary client teams, contractor management, and site crews to embed a strong, proactive safety culture in the field.
