Kualifikasi:
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan (project-based).
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Public Health, or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer.
- Must hold a valid AK3U certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (KEMENAKER).
- Must be willing to work on weekends/holidays if needed and possible to under working time limit deadline.
- Able to join immediately.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Developing K3 Project Planning and Preparation.
- Supervising & ensuring the Implementation of the K3LH System.
- Conducting Daily K3 Inspections and Monitoring.
- Providing daily safety briefings, inductions, and toolbox meetings.
- Conducting K3 Reporting and Investigations.
- Coordinating with the Safety Representative from the client (owner/operator).
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work with a team and independently.
- Fluent in English both Written and Oral.
- Able to read and create technical documents such as HIRADC, JSA, Safety Plan, and incident reports.
- Able to operate computers, SHEMS applications, or digital oil and gas reporting systems.
- Mastering incident reporting and communication to clients, auditors, and management.
