Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3), Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Staff, HSE Officer, or Safety Officer on construction projects.
- Experience in controlling and maintaining management system documentation, particularly ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) or Construction Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3 Construction) Certificate. AK3 Construction Certification is mandatory.
- Experienced in conducting safety inspections, internal audits, incident investigations, and safety training.
- Able to work independently, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned to projects throughout Jabodetabek and other locations across Indonesia.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across construction project sites in compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation, SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and client-specific HSE requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety observations, hazard identification, and risk assessments to eliminate unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Prepare and review HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and other HSE documentation before work execution.
- Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, HSE campaigns, and safety awareness programs for employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determine root causes, and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safe work procedures.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, audit findings, training records, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project HSE objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and foster a strong Zero Accident culture throughout all project operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in implementing Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (SMK3).
- Competent in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Management, and Permit to Work (PTW).
- Good understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations and construction safety requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
