Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures and programs in line with national regulations and global standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe working environments
  • Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed report with corrective action plans
  • Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors
  • Liase with local authorities and external stakeholder on HSE compliance matters
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance indicators and recommend improvements.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Technical Competence: Proficient in supervising the implementation of HIRADC, JSA, PTW, LOTO, ergonomics, ESD control, chemicals, and production risk management. Managing SMK3 reporting, environment (DLH), and HSE licensing. Able to create a data-based inspection and monitoring system (HSE dashboard). Familiar with fire suppression systems, gas monitoring, cleanroom safety, and factory ventilation.
  • Managerial Competencies: Field leadership and safety culture coaching skills. Proficient in incident investigation analysis (RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone). Communicative, solution-oriented, and responsive to audit pressure or emergencies.
