Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or other related disciplines.
- 3~5+ years of experience in HSE functions.
- Valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia.
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and safety training.
- Subject "HSE Supervisor - Karawang".

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, including Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety, Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 regarding the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), and other applicable environmental regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
