Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE roles within mining operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory position.
Valid AK3 Umum; AK3 Mining or Auditor SMKP Minerba certification is a strong advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Supervise and manage the HSE team at the nickel mining site.
Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and SMKP Minerba requirements.
Monitor and control safety performance across all mining activities.
Lead safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct safety meetings, training, and awareness programs.
Prepare HSE performance reports for management and regulators.
Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of nickel mining operations and Indonesian mining HSE regulations.
Advanced hazard identification and risk management (HIRADC, JSA, risk registers).
Supervision of high-risk mining activities (drilling, blasting, heavy equipment operation, hauling).
