Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma's Degree (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HSE field.
Possess relevant certifications, including General OHS Expert (mandatory) and additional certifications such as Junior Construction Safety Expert, SMK3 Auditor, and Intermediate Incident Investigation are considered an advantage.
Willing to be placed at a project site in North Kalimantan under a roster-based work schedule.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct routine safety talks according to the established schedule.
Analyze data from high-risk areas and provide recommendations on work procedures and PPE usage.
Verify and conduct inductions for new workers.
Validate commissioning data of equipment and coordinate with the designated PIC.
Provide HSES documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Communicate updates to HSES documents to internal teams and external partners.
Ensure effective HSES communication through meetings, training, and promotional activities.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Construction Safety Expert, SMK3 Auditor, and Intermediate Incident Investigation are considered an advantage.
HSES documentation.
HSES communication through meetings, training, and promotional activities.
