Kualifikasi:
- Min. Bachelor Environmental Engineering / K3.
- Certified in Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP) is a must.
- Min. 3 years of working as HSE System & Compliance Supervisor.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- To ensure that the HSE related systems operate efficiently and effectively.
- To ensure that HSE Documentation is managed within a system, it is up-to-date and accessible by users.
- To facilitate and organise the development or review of HSE related documentation. And to be actively involved in establishing a document management and numbering system.
- To be actively involved in the socialisation and implementation programs of HSE Standards and procedures.
- To facilitate the review and development of all HSE related databases.
- To be a Super User or Administrator for all HSE related databases and provide administrative and support help to end-users.
- To provide training to end-users for HSE related databases. And to develop or review any training related material for these databases.
- Monitor and regularly review the performance and end-user usage of OHS and Environment databases and programs.
- Coordinate and be involved in internal and external OHS and Environmental Audits. Source and investigate opportunities for continuous improvement for HSE Management systems.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Knowledge of vocational health and safety in Mining Industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of technical, operation, administrative principles and procedures of Health and Safety Implementation.
- Ability to identify and implement preventative measures to reduce employee exposure to hazards.
