Bachelor's degree in OHS Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or Industrial Engineering.
Have Certification: General OHS Expert (Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia),
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor,
SMKP Minerba Certificate (if managing a mining unit or mining affiliate),
Added value if you have Certified Safety Professional (CSP), NEBOSH IGC, Emergency Planning.
Experience:
Min. 8–10 years of work experience in the OHS field, with min. 3 years at a managerial or high supervisory level.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Strategic OHS Planning for the Area:
Prepare an integrated industrial area occupational safety strategic plan.
Develop an OHS policy that covers all tenants, supporting infrastructure, and area management.
Supervision of OHS System Implementation:
Supervise the implementation of the OHS system in all operational units: factories, ports, public areas, and power plants.
Conduct periodic inspections, internal audits, and validation of documentation from tenants.
Risk Management and Emergency Preparedness:
Identify and mitigate high risks in the operational area and area (eg smelter fires, B3 leaks, furnace explosions).
Develop and test the area ERP periodically (fire drills, chemical spill responses, mass evacuations).
Regulatory and Compliance Reporting:
Prepare periodic reports to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, KLHK, Disnaker, and local governments.
Ensure that all area activities are in accordance with environmental permits, K3, and occupational safety.
Human Resources Development and OHS Culture:
Fostering the Safety Officer and HSE team of site tenants.
Organizing internal training, area safety induction, and safety culture campaigns.
Tenant and Stakeholder Coordination:
Becoming a liaison between area management and all tenants regarding OHS implementation and evaluation.
Involved in the area OHS communication forum with tenant representatives, agencies, and stakeholders.

Technical Competencies:
Able to compile and manage HIRADC, JSA, PTW, Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Safety KPI dashboard systems.
Incident reporting system, internal audit, and compliance program.
Understand the risks of nickel industry heavy metal dust, high temperature, slag handling, noise, and crane/heavy equipment safety.
Able to prepare industrial areas in facing ESDM, KLHK, local government, or global investor audits.
