Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health & Safety qualifications or relevant qualifications with minimum 7 years of experience working in Mining industries.
Registered SMKP Auditor Certificate (preferable).
Have experience/ exposure with ISO/ Company internal auditing processes.
Have experience in the development of OHS application/ database.
Female (preferable).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Manage compliance to relevant OHS regulatory, standard and company requirements.
Responsible to performs management system and ensure all in control risk Mining Safety consists of Occupational Health & Safety Mining (K3) and Operational Safety of Mining (KO); audits compliance with company and national policies.
Provide guidance that in accordance with Appendix IV Minister of Energy and MINERAL RESOURCES Decree.
Number 1827.K/30/MEM/2018 on guideline Performance of good mining practices, further provisions of Application, evaluation, and reporting of Mineral and gold Mining safety management systems, safety management systems Mining.
To records and maintain site OHS database.
Responsible to Mining safety management system and reporting against standard track progress and analyse department compliance, develops and implements programs to address deficiencies timely bases; Deliver compliance reporting with all the above laws and regulation in timely manner.
To advise management of regulatory requirements and proposes methods to meet the current standard, and also monitor new standard applied/gap analysis and develop program to match up the gap.
Review of MDA controlled documents based on Information register, audit and risks assessment findings against standard (SMKP, ISO45001, ISO14001, and Company OHS Management Standard).
Conduct annual program reviews to check compliance with OHS management system.
To be involved in company and project specific OHS audits, record findings and prepare presentation of all audits including, follow-up inspection for NCRs, action items, etc.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of SMKP or OHS Management System process and implementation.
Advance Microsoft Office and Database.
Strong analytical dan self-driven.
Good communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
