Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, or related.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in mining environmental management, including handling multi-site projects or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Having POP certification and environmental technical training such as ISO 14001 is an added value.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Support in the preparation, development of Mining environmental protection programs in planning, coordination and implementation.
  • Prepare JSEA, HIRA and Environmental form procedures and records in accordance with applicable K3L Management Standards.
  • Conducting supervision of K3L management in every mining activity, including placement, recovery and reclaim of topsoil and soil, planting of revegetation, covercrop and erosion control.
  • Create and maintain archives of environmental pollution incident reports, K3L investigations, and assist in the management of B3/LB3 in accordance with Mining K3L.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understanding AMDAL, RKL-RPL, PROPER, and Indonesian environmental regulations (PP, Permen, KLHK, DLH).
  • Able to operate environmental mapping and monitoring software (GIS, digital sensors, monitoring data processing).
  • Work in cross-functional teams and coordinate with government agencies and local communities.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Proactive, high integrity, communicative, analytical and able to work under pressure.
