Kualifikasi:
- Location: Cilegon, Banten.
- Type of Work : Contract.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing (is a Must).
- Valid STR (Registration License) – required.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as - Paramedic in project (construction / oil & gas / mining).
- Certified Nursing and K3 is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide emergency and first aid treatment at the project site.
- Conduct routine health daily checks (fit to work, medical assessment and etc).
- Maintain medical records and daily health reports.
- Ensure readiness of medical equipment and supplies.
- Support implementation of health and safety (HSE) programs at site.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Medical Technical: First aid, trauma management, patient evacuation, routine health checks (MCU), and medication management and clinical logistics.
- Management: Medical record administration, employee health reporting, and coordination with referral hospitals.
- Soft Skills: Communicative, caring, calm in emergencies, and able to train employees in first aid and occupational health.
