Kualifikasi:
- Minimum D3 in Nursing or a relevant Health Sciences field.
- K3 Certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quality Management System (QMS) and QHSE administration.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all administrative activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS) and QHSE Management System.
- Maintain, update, and control QHSE documents, records, procedures, manuals, forms, and work instructions in accordance with the company's document control procedures.
- Ensure all QHSE documentation is properly archived, traceable, and available for internal and external audits.
- Assist in implementing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment programs across company operations.
- Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, company standards, and applicable government regulations.
- Prepare routine QHSE reports, meeting minutes, audit documentation, training records, and management review materials.
- Coordinate QHSE training schedules, safety induction records, medical records, and competency documentation.
- Assist in monitoring corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of QHSE documentation and reporting requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the effectiveness of the company's Quality and QHSE Management Systems.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and record management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations, Quality Management Systems, and HSE documentation practices.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 Management Systems is highly preferred.
