Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QHSE Officer, HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or QHSE Engineer in FTTH, telecommunications infrastructure, electrical projects, EPC, or construction industries.
- Experience in conducting site inspections, safety audits, hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Possession of a valid General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) programs across FTTH and telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- Conduct routine site inspections, quality inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
- Ensure all project personnel and subcontractors comply with Occupational Health & Safety procedures, Permit to Work (PTW) requirements, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, and QHSE awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Support incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, identify root causes, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain QHSE documentation, inspection records, audit reports, training records, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure QHSE objectives are achieved throughout project execution.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations, quality management systems, and environmental requirements.
- Knowledge of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) installation, outside plant (OSP), civil works, or telecommunication infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Toolbox Meetings.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 Management Systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
