Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering).
Having at least 5 years’ experience working in similar position.
Professional certifications are highly preferred: NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Oil & Gas, IOSH Managing Safely, ISM Code & ISPS knowledge, Auditor certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

QHSE Management: Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE Management Systems in alignment with company and IMS standards. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to offshore marine operations.
Safety Operations: Supervise safety performance of vessels and offshore crews. Conduct regular field inspections, vessel audits, equipment checks, and safety tours. Monitor implementation of PTW, JSA, Toolbox Meetings, and emergency response readiness.
Incident and Risk Control: Lead incident/near-miss investigations and prepare Root Cause Analysis reports. Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments for offshore operations and vessel activities. Ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for fleet operations. Support audit programs: internal, external, client, and flag state inspections. Coordinate vessel documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
Training & Competency Development: Provide training, coaching, and safety awareness programs for vessel crew and onshore staff. Ensure competency standards for marine personnel are met according to industry requirements.
Emergency Preparedness: Participate in emergency drills and support the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Ensure vessels maintain emergency equipment, procedures, and communication systems.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, classification societies, and management. Prepare QHSE performance reports for management and clients.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of ISM/ISPS, OVIQ/OVMSA, and ISO (9001/14001/45001) standards, with proven ability in audits, incident investigation, MoC, and risk management.
IT system proficiency is an advantage.
Proficiency in developing JSA, HIRA, PTW, Emergency Response Plans, and QHSE Procedures.
Skilled in conducting internal audits, vessel inspections, risk management, and safety drills.
Leadership and team coordination.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
