Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Monitoring & implementation of Regulation and Procedures releate Quality Health and Safety, Company SOP, Company Policy, Others Ceritification, etc.
Monitoring & implementation for Schedule Internal and External Audit.
Control and monitoring implementation from standarization.
Conduct Investigation of Working Accident find root cause of Accident and Maintenance Accident Report for Documentation.
Maintain Weekly, Monthly and Yearly performance QSHE statistic report.
Identification threat and potential Hazard and giving advice corrective and prevention.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Proficiency in English.
Understand Regulation and Procedures releate Quality Health and Safety, Company SOP, Company Policy, Others Ceritification, etc.
Internal and External Audit HSE.
Investigation of Working Accident find root cause of Accident and Maintenance Accident Report for Documentation.
