Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, SMK3 (K3 Certification in Indonesia), or equivalent international HSE certifications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with national regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across mining operations, including heavy equipment, processing plants, and site infrastructure.
Identify hazards and unsafe practices, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely implementation.
Lead accident/incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive measures.
Provide safety training, induction programs, and awareness campaigns to employees, contractors, and visitors.
Monitor use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance at all operational levels.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations, environmental laws, and occupational health standards.
Proficient in MS Office and safety reporting systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
