Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs in office and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Prepare HSE reports, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Support safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE training.
- Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices.
- Assist in audit preparation and ISO/HSE documentation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Soft Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English. Good Communication & interpersonal skills Analytical mind and strong organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
- Hard Skills: HSE implementation & compliance. Hazard identification & risk assessment. Safety inspection & reporting. Incident investigation. HSE documentation & audit support.
