Kualifikasi:

Education/Experience: Minimum of degree in science, engineering or related discipline.
Min 3 Years experiences in Related Field.
Mandatory hold the valid AK3 Umum certificate and license card from Indonesian MoM.
Looking experienced candidates with minimum 5- 7 years' experience in EPC/ Construction site projects , this position will be direct hire with our clients.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Monitoring and analyzing project SH&E management system’s performance, summarize progress and highlight issues and make progress report.
Support SH&E Lead to perform contractor pre-qualification, screening, supervision and performance evaluation.
Schedule and monitor regular SH&E patrol at construction sites.
Maintain record of SH&E training for employees, contractors and visitors.
Follow up and record incident reporting & investigation, root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action.
Assist Project SH&E Lead to maintain a good relationship with local government institutions and neighbor companies as well as local community; maintain positive company image and obtain constructive feedback.
Assist Project SH&E Lead to organize regular SH&E committee activity, and address SH&E concerns from various internal and/or external stakeholders.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Knowledge and understanding of construction safety management, HIRADC, Indonesia and local regulation related to SH&E.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, data analysis and reporting.
Root cause analysis and incident investigation.
Technical knowledge on project related SH&E standards.
Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
Compliance, detail and follow through.
Written and verbal communicate in English.
