Kualifikasi:
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree (K3/Public Health/Environmental Science) or equivalent.
  • Min At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience as SHE-related roles.
  • Have certificate of AK3U is a must (Active).
  • Have a positive attitude, be loyal, highly motivated, and responsible.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct routine inspections of high-risk areas.
  • Assist in the implementation of safe work SOPs, Permit to Work, and emergency response.
  • Conduct safety briefings and light occupational health checks.
  • Create work incident reports, accident investigations, and corrective actions; Training data, inspections, and K3L audits; CAPA documentation of external/internal audit results (ISO, ISPO, RSPO).
  • Provide Safety induction for new employees and vendors & 5R Campaign, Zero Accident, and APAR usage training.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to operate computers, at least MS Office programs related Environment, Health, Safety.
  • Familiar with government regulations and international standards related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
  • Be able to work effectively in a team.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must.
