Kualifikasi:
  • Indonesian citizen Based in Batam or Bintan
  • 10+ years experience in HSE roles including extensive management exposure within large scale construction, fabrication, port services and marine operations.
  • Preference - AK3 umum, Lead Auditor EMS 14001 and OHS 45001
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Bintan - Long Term Role
  • Provides SHS leadership, training and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups.
  • Ensure site is IMS compliant with regulatory requirement with current working knowledge of all applicable regulations.
  • Contribute to establishing of and monitor target and programs.
  • Contribute to development and management of safety incentive programs.
  • Ensures all SHS processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across BOMC facility.
  • Ensure appropriate medical, health, fatigue, drug and alcohol programs are reviewed and maintained.
  • Track company sustainability, health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and reduce risk while maximising opportunities aligned.
  • Works closely with Fabrication, Engineering and Operations Dept. on special projects.
  • Maintains all necessary training and licensing to function as a signing authority on all SHS matters.
  • Oversee all aspects of incident investigation and reporting including verifying root cause and ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
  • Ensures emergency response systems, policies and procedures are followed and updated to manage emergency situations.
  • Performs industrial hygiene activities including noise, chemical monitoring, ozone monitoring, and any other monitoring programs as necessary.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholder's of all levels including regulatory authorities, government officials, clientele and senior executives within the organization.
  • Efficient organisation skills, leadership skills, verbal and written in English and Bahasa communication and analytical skills
