Kualifikasi:

Minimum education: Bachelor degree (S1) or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an ERT Officer.
Preferably certified in Basarnas Intermediate, First Aid Response Level 3, and Fire Fighting Class D.
Willing to be assigned to a job site in North Kalimantan with a roster-based system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and implement effective emergency response plans to address various emergency scenarios.
Lead and train the Emergency Response Team to ensure their preparedness and capability in responding to incidents.
Supervise the maintenance of emergency response equipment and ensure all equipment is in ready-to-use condition.
Conduct regular monitoring and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Serve as the primary liaison between management and relevant safety authorities.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and procedures.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiar with managerial activities covering the full emergency response process.
Strong commitment to safety and proven experience in handling emergency situations.
