Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Public Health, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), preferably within mining, laboratory, inspection, engineering, testing, certification, verification, oil & gas, or industrial service companies.
Possess a valid SMKP (Mining Safety Management System) Certification, which is mandatory.
Experienced in conducting workplace inspections, hazard identification, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), incident investigations, and risk management.
Experienced in organizing HSE induction programs, toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, and employee awareness initiatives.
Capable of preparing HSE reports, KPI analysis, safety statistics, regulatory documentation, and management reports.
Experienced in coordinating internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and corrective and preventive action programs.
Willing to travel to operational sites and client locations when required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, SMKP, and applicable government regulations.
Ensure full compliance with SMKP requirements while supporting the continuous improvement of the company's HSE Management System.
Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and recommend effective control measures.
Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, determine root causes, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Organize HSE inductions, toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, emergency preparedness activities, and employee awareness programs.
Monitor compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, safe work procedures, and operational safety standards.
Prepare HSE reports, KPI dashboards, safety statistics, management reports, and regulatory documentation accurately and on schedule.
Coordinate internal audits, external audits, client inspections, regulatory inspections, and follow up on audit findings until completion.
Provide HSE guidance and technical support to operational teams, laboratories, inspectors, engineers, and project personnel.
Liaise with clients, government authorities, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders regarding HSE compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a proactive safety culture and contribute to achieving the company's Zero Accident objectives across all operational activities.
