Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering graduate with minimum 10-years of experience in managing Oil and Gas Operations and Maintenance and 10-years in HSE position.
The candidate should have broad hands-on experienced on technical operation both production & maintenance as a back ground and having very solid/strong understanding HSE regulation/compliance/program and its implementation.
Working location is in Sorong, Southwest Papua on rotation basis.
Hands-on experience in managing operations and maintenance activities.
Hands-on experience in supervising the implementation of HSE policy, program, and best practices at Oil and Gas Field Operations.
Hands-on experience in conducting environmental study and environmental permitting process of AMDAL and UKL/UPL.
Hands-on experience in conducting PROPER assessment and implementation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Responsible for the entire process of HSE activities.
Review or analyze planned actions from HSE Inspection and identified or communicate recommendations to prevent Accidents from occurring.
Reviewing & following up on potential critical hazards or observing action plans, inspections & incident investigations to the Head of Department or department person in charge.
Monitor HSE Permits.
Involved in most of the safety patrol activities for all field work activities; and accident investigation in cooperation with the heads of relevant departments.

Harus punya keterampilan:

In-depth knowledge of HSE management system, best practices, HSE Risk Assessment, Waste Management, Safety Audit and Inspection, and updated GOI regulation.
Strong leadership skill.
Advance project management skill.
Advance technical problem solving skill.
Advance data analysis skill.
Advance communication and coordination skill.
Good computer skills (MS Office and other applied Drilling Operation System).
English literate.
