Bachelor degree

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure all workers are aware of the importance of wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
Ensure, check and carry out monthly inspections regarding the feasibility and availability of PPE and work safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.
Ensure that the safety sign at the work site is properly installed.
Provide training to workers such as the use of APAR, First Aid, Emergency Response, etc.
Monitoring the implementation of SOPs has been carried out properly by all employees.
Hold daily briefings and instructions to HSE Officer, Man / Staff.
Create a program to minimize B3 waste so that it can be accommodated properly.
Provide B3 waste storage for each work unit.
Routine inspection of impacts and hazards on the work carried out.
Implement and make HSE Meeting program every month.
Organize and lead a simulation of an emergency every month so that when an emergency actually occurs it can be anticipated.
Obtain a monthly report on the inspection.
Reprimand and provide sanctions to workers who violate the established occupational safety and health (K3) regulations.
Coordinate safe work permits / work permits that have been carried out in each work unit.
Can troubleshoot, investigate, audit and provide input for less secure issues.
