Kualifikasi:
  • Job Location: Onshore/Offshore.
  • Status: Contract.
  • S1 in Engineering or physical science or occupation health & safety science.
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in the Oil and Gas production projects, with minimum 7 years on position(s) of similar HSE responsibilities Previous experience of direct supervision between 5-10 supervisors.
  • Having certification of HSSE Management system, especialy in Project HSSE management system, Behavior safety, risk assessment techniques and experience at organizing etc.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • The project HSSE Superintendent will assist and direct report on daily basis to Project Company Site Representative (CSR).
  • Monitoring of implementation of approved activities/ Project HSSE Plan and activities/ Project Contractual HSSE requirements in all PRJ activities at site/yard.
  • Implementation of Health, Safety, Environment and Security awareness and promotion of best practices with adequate emphasis.
  • Supervision of Health, Safety, Environment and Security activities and reporting of related performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Having Knowledge of Risk Assessment techniques and experience at organizing HAZIDS/JRA/JSA and other Qualitative Risk Assessment review, Incident Investigation Techniques and HSSE Audit/ Inspections.
  • Good Communication skill, leading a team/ supervisory, computer literacy, honest, and assertive.
