Min. D3/S-1 from any reputable University, preferably graduate from K3/OHS/environmental science.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Internal/Lead Auditor.
Min 5 years of experience in the HSE field, spesific in logistics industry.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead the QHSE Section and ensure the effective implementation of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
Oversee the compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards across operations.
Ensure adherence to national and international safety regulations applicable to logistics and transportation.
Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify improvement areas.
Manage incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee the management of environmental permits (AMDAL/UKL-UPL) and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Provide training and awareness programs to enhance QHSE culture within the organization.
Prepare and present QHSE performance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with operational teams to continuously improve safety, quality, and environmental performance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiar with national & international HSE regulation related to the logistics industry.
Familiar with environmental management implementation based on environmental permits (AMDAL/UKL-UPL) will be an advantage.
Familiar with develop, implement, maintain & continual improvement of "Integrated Management System" based on ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
Familiar with environmental management implementation based on environmental permits (AMDAL/UKL-UPL) will be an advantage.
Fluent in english will be an advantage.
