Kualifikasi:

- Relevant certifications in safety management are a plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, execute, and enforce daily Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) protocols at the Karawang Data Center project site in strict accordance with Indonesian regulations and project standards.
- Conduct daily safety walkthroughs, hazard inspections, and site patrols to identify unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and potential electrical or mechanical hazards.
- Review and verify Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Izin Kerja Khusus (Permit to Work) prior to the execution of high-risk installation, maintenance, or high-voltage electrical activities.
- Lead daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM), safety talks, and site inductions for technicians, field crews, and sub-contractors before daily work commence.
- Inspect, verify, and enforce the proper issuance, maintenance, and mandatory usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
- Exercise Stop Work Authority immediately upon discovering imminent safety hazards, unmitigated electrical risks, or critical breaches of safety protocols.
- Assist in initial incident investigations, record near-miss events, implement corrective actions, and prepare concise daily and weekly HSE observation reports for the HSE Manager.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: On-site construction safety inspections, Permit to Work (PTW) verification, HIRADC/JSA field application, electrical & mechanical maintenance safety oversight, PPE compliance auditing, safety briefing delivery, and incident reporting.
- Soft Skills: Sharp observational acuity, assertive communication, active listening, proactive problem-solving, team collaboration, high integrity, and resilience under project deadlines.
