Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Vocational Technical Degree (SMK/D1/D2) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of practical experience as a Safety Technician, HSE Inspector, or Chemical Handling Specialist, preferably within solar PV manufacturing, chemical processing, semiconductor, electronics, or renewable energy industries.
- Preferred experienced in areas related to K3 especially in handling hazardous chemicals, industrial solvents, gas systems, and B3 waste management protocols.
- Certifications: Prefer K3 certified by Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI), such as Certified Teknisi K3, Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U), or Certified Petugas K3 Kimia / Ahli K3 Kimia. First Aid (P3K) certification or K3 Kebakaran (Fire Fighting) training is a strong advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field safety walk-throughs, technical inspections, and hazard identification checks across solar panel assembly lines, chemical etching/cleaning zones, warehouses, and installation sites.
- Oversee hazardous chemical handling, storage, transfer, and disposal procedures, ensuring strict compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/LDKB), chemical spill containment, and industrial ventilation standards.
- Inspect, calibrate, maintain, and log all emergency equipment, including eyewash stations, safety showers, Fire Extinguishers (APAR), gas detectors, personal protective gear, and chemical spill kits.
- Assist in issuing, inspecting, and verifying daily Work Permits (PTW), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for chemical handling, electrical maintenance, and elevated solar installations.
- Enforce strict compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) mandates, specifically chemical-resistant aprons, respirators, eye protection, and electrical insulation gear.
- Support incident and near-miss investigations involving chemical exposure, electrical hazards, or equipment malfunctions using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques under supervisor guidance.
- Participate in daily Tool-Box Talks, deliver basic safety orientation for field operators, and assist in conducting routine emergency evacuation drills and chemical spill response exercises.
- Maintain detailed technical records of daily safety inspections, chemical inventory logs, equipment maintenance schedules, and hazardous (B3) waste tracking for regulatory reporting.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Chemical hazard handling & MSDS enforcement, B3 waste & spill containment oversight, technical safety equipment inspection, basic JSA & Work Permit verification, LOTO & electrical safety monitoring, PPE compliance auditing, and safety inspection logging.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work individually or in a team, high observational accuracy, self-discipline, proactive safety initiative, clear technical communication, practical problem-solving, and crisis response agility.
