Kualifikasi:
- PRIME Natuna EP is looking for a “TECHNICAL SAFETY MANAGER” in the QHSES Department.
- Bachelor degree (min S1) in Chemical Engineering or a relevant Engineering discipline.
- More than 15 years-experience within Upstream Oil & Gas Industry in various of Engineering & Supervisory position in Worldwide Oil & Gas Engineering Companies & Oil & Gas Operators.
- Qualified as Process Safety and Loss Prevention SME (Subject Matter Expertise) in Industries (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical and High Risk Building) which extensively contributed for the Emerging of Process Safety.
- Permanent Employment status.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Accountable for BU Safety Case Compliance & Update status.
- Acts as BU Technical Safety Technical Authority.
- Accountable for BU Process Safety Programs.
- Build, Train and Coach the process safety awareness to all Personnel incl. Management.
- Key Member in Corporate Project Assurance Process.
- Develop & mentor the advance Technical Safety skills.
- Provide Offshore front-line Supervisor Leadership Coaching/Mentoring during site visit & document coaching process.
- Develop & implement tools for Process Safety Performance.
- Create Process Safety Culture at Offshore environment.
- Own & lead implementation of ‘MAH Program for Offshore Facilities Personnel.
- Carry out a regular HSE visits and Process Safety audits to Offshore sites and supply bases, including audits for ‘ad-hoc’ project in Operations, Project & Drilling departments.
- Accountable to all Risk Assessment activities.
- Provide advice and support to line Managers in reviewing & enhancing process safety capability of Projects and Drilling pre-operations activities.
- Strive for updating the International & Local Process Safety Regulations and Standards.
- Develop & implement 3-years HSE of Process Safety improvement rolling plan in line with Group HSES 3 years Plan.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong facilitation skills to Lead any Risk Management Process & strong ability to influence diverse audiences even without a direct reporting relationship.
- In-depth knowledge of Oil and Gas Process Safety Management including the details of Offshore Operations and support requirements.
- In-depth Knowledge of International and Local Oil & Gas Process Safety Regulations, Standards Procedures and Policies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
